A film distribution manager and festival strategist based in Prague. Thanks to her work, hundreds of short films have reached festivals, including the most prestigious ones such as Cannes, Berlinale, Annecy, Clermont-Ferrand, Sundance, Toronto, Tribeca, Vision du Réel, and the Academy Awards.
For eight years, she has been helping independent filmmakers, young talents, production companies, and students with festival distribution and the global circuit. She curates tailor-made festival strategies, target market research, handles all logistics from submissions to distribution and PR/marketing campaigns, and maximizes the visibility of films at the events.
Amira studied Film History and Audiovisual Culture, as well as Personnel Management at Charles University in Prague. She strives to blend those two disciplines and alternates between them in her professional endeavors.
Currently, Amira is part of the Cinefila festival distribution team, managing festival submissions and maintaining relationships with festivals and filmmakers worldwide.
Kristýna is a production and project manager with a background in film production, distribution, and cultural projects. At Cinefila, Kristýna oversees the production and coordination of the company’s film projects, with a focus on film distribution and international projects, working closely with filmmakers, festivals, and industry partners. With experience across different stages of production, Kristýna combines creative thinking with strong organizational and communication skills to help bring film projects from development to audiences
Sébastien Sperer has worked for the Annecy International Animation Film Festival during 25 years from 1999 to 2024. This child overflowing with infinite dreams ad-libs his way from one specialty to another: programmer, selector, moderator, jury member, speaker, and so on. Wherever he is, his desire is to make animation, this medium in which anything is possible, accessible to all; a kind of village hang-out where human experience exists unfiltered and unrestrained. With this in mind, he created the “WTF”programme in 2017. Fascinated by the mobilizing power inherent in the magic of film, his leitmotiv is: “Promoting intercultural understanding through the use of animated film, dialogue and transmission”. He was also teacher of history of animation at Gobelins Annecy from 2022 to 2025.
Kristýna Kulichová is a production manager with a Master's degree in Film Production from FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague). At Cinefila, she oversees the production of the company's film projects, with a primary focus on animated cinema. With experience in both Czech and international co-productions, she works closely with emerging artists and the young generation of Czech animators. Her projects are aimed predominantly at young audiences, though not exclusively. Several films produced under her supervision have received awards and found success on the international festival circuit.
