Three Cinefila films heading to Animest
Gently by Jamaica Kindlová and Nun by Katerina Ku have been selected for the International Student Film Competition at the 21st Animest International Animation Film Festival in Bucharest.
And there is more: Jelly Baddies will join the festival’s legendary Creepy Animation Night, a late-night showcase of strange, dark and unsettling animation.
Animest, Romania’s only Oscar®-qualifying animation festival, takes place from 2–11 October 2026.
